1. I have my own taobao account, so I just need EastAsia Express to ship my orders by air, what are the procedurs?
To make sure you are to receive your goods asap, we'll be sourcing all your goods 3 times per week from GZ to SG, and call/SMS you once your goods arrives.
2. If I have more than one parcels from different sellers, is the fee charged by individual or overall weight?No additional charge for accumulating packages from different sellers, as we'll gather all your parcels and charge by overall weight, To accuracy of every 0.5KG
E.g. Parcel A: 0.6KG; Parcel B: 0.8KG; Parcel C: 0.4KG.
We AVOID to calculate as round up for each items.
So A+B+C = 1.8KG, we charge as 2KG.
3. Do I need to pay any other fees like GST, Fuel tax...etc?We cover all those import cost on behalf individual buyers.
All of our airway lines are charged by listed price only, no any other hidden charges.
4. Is there any requirement for size or volume of the packages?
Yes, there's one thing you should take note:
The cost of a parcel can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight.
Length x Width x Height in centimetres / 6000 = volumetric weight
It adopts the actual weight or volume weight whichever is higher.
You're suggested to request seller to reduce the volume and pack it up in a good condition.
5. If I need EastAsia Express to make order for me, how do I make payment?A minimal deposit of 70% is required to be paid upfront to secure the order. We can only process the order once its transferred or paid, please notify us your payment immediately.
6. How fast is airfeight? Is there any cut-off date for the parcel sourcing in China warehouse?
No need to wait for it to move for one week long, as we schedule our airlines on a very frequent basis.
Our cut-off date for all airway lines are @ 18:00pm on each Sun,Tue and Wed. (if any PH in China, the cut-off date will be moved to the next working day.)
Sun departure -- Wed arrival
Tue departure -- Thur arrival
Wed departure -- Fri arrival
7. How can I collect my items after those arrived singapore?
We have mass collection in cityhall, bishan, boonlay and tampines MRT in every weekend.
Other collection modes: mail, courier or self collection.
